About Us

Dereck has been in the fitness industry since 2000, and is a perpetual student with a focus on Holistic Health Coaching, constantly evolving as his knowledge grows.

Since 2011, Dereck has been operating from South Pacific Health Clubs Port Melbourne assisting people becoming healthier and happier versions of themselves. Highly skilled in a variety of exercise modalities, Dereck has taken the best principles of everything he has learned to guide people towards the achievement of their goals.

Being very personable, Dereck connects well with people creating an overflow of motivation beyond the training sessions they have with him. Often clients join him for running events, which he participates in monthly.
